Molly Monster

Meet Molly...
Molly is a shape/letter/number/word, etc. monster who is ALWAYS hungry!  Her mouth is a huge "pocket" that is attached with Velcro for easy emptying.  The words "letter"are interchangeable.  She's made from poster board and construction paper, and laminated for durability because she's so loved by the children!  She makes a great whole group, small group, or center activity to reinforce skills.

Be creative!

  5. Interesting that no one ever responded to people's question of how to use this cute idea.

  6. Thanks for the inspiration! I made a monster based off of ours and we named him Muncher. We will be using him during circle time to work on recognition. I have super littles, so we are starting with colors. Our class will ask Muncher what he wants to eat today, because he's a very picky eater. Then, they'll pick out the items to feed him that match his request. Such a fun, interactive idea! Wish I could add a picture! ❤ As soon as I get my blog up tonight I'll link to you. :)
