Back to School Glyph

Here's a great way for you and your students to get to know one another--a fun and easy glyph!  You can get it by clicking here.  It comes with a student survey and data analysis pages, full size patterns, materials list, and instructions.  By request, I also created a Canadian Version that's available here.
